Supporting You Through Life’s Challenges

Welcome — I’m glad you’ve found your way here.

I’m Liubov and I offer counselling and psychotherapy in a safe and confidential environment in Richmond and Putney, London and online. I am a UKCP and EAGT accredited counsellor, registered with BACP, with diplomas in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Counselling, and Couples Therapy, as well as a diploma in Gestalt Supervision from the National Association of Gestalt Therapists of Ukraine.

I work with individuals, couples, and groups, offering both short- and long-term therapy on a wide range of issues. I also provide supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists.

My approach is perceptive and supportive, while gently challenging where it can help growth. Choosing a therapist is an important step, and if this resonates with you, I invite you to arrange an initial session so we can explore your needs and see if working together feels right.

What brings you here?
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, or unsure where to begin. You might be navigating relationship challenges, coping with loss, or simply wanting to understand yourself better and feel more grounded.
I offer a space where you can explore your feelings, make sense of your experiences, and discover new ways forward. Together, we can focus on what matters most to you and find ways to bring more balance into your life.
  • Individual counselling
A safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Therapy provides an opportunity to better understand your needs, become aware of internal conflicts, and find new ways to cope with the things that may be troubling or disturbing you.
  • Couple and Family counselling
Support to improve communication, build dialogue, and truly hear your partner or loved ones. Together, we explore relationships, find a balance between closeness and autonomy, and work through the challenges that arise in shared life.
  • Online Consultations
A flexible format that allows you to receive support from anywhere in the world. Online sessions provide a convenient way to explore the issues that may be affecting you, without being tied to a specific location. This format is also suitable for couples.
Supervision
I offer supervision for colleagues working with individuals, couples and groups creating a space that values curiosity, reflection, and growth while respecting each therapist’s unique style.
Together, we explore the therapeutic process, clarify what is happening between you and your clients, and find support in challenging moments. We can also examine therapeutic dynamics, draw on relevant theory when helpful, and notice patterns in contact or obstacles that arise. This process aims to broaden your perspective, deepen your understanding of your work, and strengthen your professional identity.
Taking the First Step into Therapy
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Here, you’ll find a calm and supportive space where you can talk openly, explore what’s been troubling you, and begin to move towards greater clarity, balance, and wellbeing.
My aim is to provide a safe space where you can speak openly, be heard, and explore your experiences without fear of judgment.
  • First Session
The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and explore what has brought you to therapy. We will talk about your current situation and consider possible directions for our work together. This session is also a chance for you to get a feel for how we might work, ask questions, and begin reflecting on your thoughts, feelings, and priorities in a safe and supportive space.
